“I can and will attend the FURI Colloquia for the terms for which I am applying, if I receive the fellowship. I have noted these dates from the FURI web site. I understand that the student will present to the group in the second or third colloquium. I further understand that failure to attend the colloquia, on the part of the faculty or the part of the student, or failure to present, may result in the student not being paid the full FURI stipend.”
